Who we are

The site was built by the PGCOC (a technical pole of Insee) together with the DMCSI (the division responsible for international relations).

Insee is the french national institute of statistics and economic studies. You can visit the website here.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Registration form

We only collect personal data in the registration form at https://hlm-lyon-eu2022.insee.fr/registration for the hotel reservation and for a matter of organization.

Who we share your data with

The following data is shared with the Radisson Blu Hotel for the reservation*:

• Title
• First name
• Last name
• Arrival time at the hotel
• Departure time from the hotel

*if the respondent indicated staying at the hotel.

How long we retain your data

The data will be retained until the end of the event. It will be deleted afterwards.

How do we protect your data

The data is stored and encrypted in a database on a secured server by our hosting provider Empreinte Digitale. Administrators only can access the data through the secured protocol SFTP. The server location is Angers, France.

The website is protected by a firewall (WAF) to prevent any malicious intrusion.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a registration form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
