Travel entry requirements


Health control measures required to travel to France:

Any person aged 12 and over, entering French territory must present a negative PCR or antigen test less than 24 or 48 hours old, depending on the country of origin, except fully vaccinated individuals arriving from a Member State of the European Union, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, the Holy See or Switzerland.

Since February 1st, 2022, in order to continue to be considered as fully vaccinated, persons aged eighteen or over wishing to enter the national territory must have received a dose of complementary messenger RNA vaccine no later than 9 months following the injection of the last required dose.

Compulsory documentation
You must present a sworn declaration to border/transport officials stating that you have no symptoms of COVID-19 infection and have not, to your knowledge, been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the journey. The declaration also mentions your agreement to be tested on arrival by personnel in France.

In the second case, hard copies of PLFs will be collected by airline staff before disembarking. Travelers completing a dPLF may then be asked to present the QR code and/or the confirmation email received upon finalisation of the procedure in case they are asked by the airline.
