The Radisson Blu Hotel in Lyon is conveniently located in the heart of the city center. Being one of the highest buildings, decorating the skyline with its distinctive pyramid shape, it is easy to find in the hotel’s business district. With easy access to public transport, our location is ideal for business and leisure travelers.

Situated within the Tour Part-Dieu, which also serves as a tram stop, the hotel is directly connected to the city’s public transportation and within walking distance to tram and train networks. From the Rue de la Villette Station, only 300 meters from the hotel, you can easily travel to the Lyon–Saint Exupéry International Airport in less than 30 minutes. At the TGV Part-Dieu Station, 300 meters from the hotel, trains connect to Paris and much of the Rhône region.

Please note that the hotel is located in a district in full extension and transformation currently. For this reason, expect modifications when accessing the hotel. We will do our best to have the latest information available for you to find your way easily.

If you are traveling by car, we offer 60 parking spaces at the hotel. Price is EUR 25 per day, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Reception


All meeting participants will receive a badge. This badge must be worn visibly at all times while attending the meeting.

Badges will be issued on April 7 from 12:30 by the organizing team at the hotel, next to the reception desk on the 32nd floor.

Accommodations


Arrangements have been made so that all the participants can stay on April 7th night at a reduced price of 100 euros (breakfast included) and pre-bookings have been made for all DGs.

The hotel does not request individual booking beyond your registration for the HLM but feel free to contact the reception desk for any specific requirements.

At the end of the first day’s meeting, you will be invited to board the boat “Le Volupté” for a one-hour sunset cruise on the Saône. An aperitif will be served on board while a guide will inform you about the historical and cultural sites and major points of interest along the promenade.
